1. Delivery Time – Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier services.
2. Replacement & Refund Policy –
   • To request a replacement or refund, customers must provide:
     • A clear picture of the original packaging
     • A video of the unpacking process
     • A picture of the damaged product
   • Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility for Replacement/Refund –
   • Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible.
   • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items –
   • Used, washed, or altered products cannot be returned or replaced.
   • Items without original packaging will not be accepted.
5. Order Cancellations – Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
6. Shipping Delays – We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.
